I am going to Washington D.C. in September. From the 15th to the 19th - Anyone have a suggestions of must-see or must-do things? This is a business trip, but no one says that I have to sleep in the hotel room while I am at the nation's capital.

It has come to my attention that my co-workers are willing to sponsor me to take a flight on the new Virgin Atlantic space flights soon to launch. $200,000.00 is all I need and much to my surprise, my lovely co-workers have already given me $7.00 and have pledged another $20.00 - this is with no advertising and no real endeavor (fund raising, no endeavor in fund raising) what-so-ever. The cry at work is: "Let's send Roger to space." People are paying to send me to space. Should I create a website just to put me into space?
You know, this is one of those moments in one's life where you really wonder if they are serious. Go to space? Are you kidding? I am going to Washington in September, so I am half-way there - you bet damn right I would go.
Website? To send me to space? When I think about it, I only see two images: February 1, 2003 and January 28, 1986.

Well, I have been asked to go to Washington D.C. in September and while I do want to go, I am not certain that I want to be away for the five days that I am looking at. While I have already traveled to Sacramento on similar business - it loses luster because it is ONLY business.

By the way, Scarlett is STILL our Noriega Girl. One could say that Padme Amidala was our girl last year, but hey, Bam never asked me to make it official.

Went to visit the Warner Brothers Lot today and found out that I will be receiving an official invite to the Rush Hour 3 premiere. At the very least, we will have a review of this movie on opening day. I am looking forward to this and just maybe, just maybe this may be a long term gig. This remains to be seen.

I have been reporting to work an hour early to get extra work done. I like my new shift and my supervisor is pleased with my work product. If they only knew why I get up early and have reason to do so . . . check out the traffic reporter on KTLA at 5:00 A.M. Traffic jams will never be the same . . .
