Well, Castro is no longer president. The Navy shoots down a dangerous satellite. The American Embassy is attacked in Serbia and The Lakers beat the Suns on Wednesday. Brazil wants to join OPEC and Russia is all hyper about trying to re-establish itself. Anyone receive the Lyndon LaRouche propaganda on their door-step this week? Baseball is just a few weeks away and our attention will turn our nation's past-time. Did you know that the Exxon-Valdez case on punitive damages is just now going before the U.S. Supreme Court?

Well, it is a wonderful President's Day Holiday! Having a four-day weekend away from work is rather therapeutic.

This past week, President Bush signed into law the economic relief bill of 2008 and you can expect money to arrive in the mail commencing in May of this year.

Star Trek XI is pushed back to May 2009! Hmmm . . . the only fans bent out of shape must be the fan-boys and fan-girls.

Battlestar Galactica premieres in April with some catch-up stuff in March.
